We are seeking a Mid-Mid+ Wells Analyst with a strong English level to join our team. Here are the challenges that our next warrior will face and the requirements we look for:
Position Title: Mid-Mid+ Wells Analyst
Location: Remoto - Colombia
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- HS Diploma/GED
- 5 years of oilfield operations experience
- Familiarity with POCs and POC software such as XSPOC
- Experience as a wells analyst
- Prior field well operations experience
- Knowledge of dynamometer card interpretation
- Strong knowledge of rod pump wells and POCs and associated equipment
- Familiarity with other artificial lift systems such as ESP, jet pump, PCP, and plunger lift

Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Ensure all assigned artificial lift systems are functioning properly
- Dispatch personnel to assess and diagnose offline wells
- Maintain well downtime and status
- Request appropriate vendor or engineering support to repair/troubleshoot wells
- Support operations for major upset events requiring shut-in of many wells
- Ensure injection conformance for rate and pressure
- Respond to and assess well-alarms
- Provide weekend/night/holiday support, as scheduled
