REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience with Python.
• Must have at least 3 years of experience with SQL scripting.
• Minimum of 1-year experience with Snowflake.
• Deep knowledge of ETL development best practices using Python.
• The ability to analyze complex data and reporting requirements and establish adequate solutions.
• Previous work experience with DBT.
• Outstanding communication skills.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

In the capacity of a Senior Data Engineer, the successful candidate will be responsible for the development, optimization, and maintenance of Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes using Nodejs and Python. They will be expected to troubleshoot and resolve ETL-related issues, thereby ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Overall, the individual will assist in driving our data supremacy by designing, implementing, and maintaining effective data solutions that are in line with user requirements and organizational goals. Your responsibilities will include:

Develop, optimize, and maintain ETL processes using Python.

• Troubleshoot and resolve ETL-related issues, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Design and implement comprehensive reports and custom scripts, components, and functionalities using Python.
• Collaborate with various departmental teams to understand their data and reporting requirements.
• Implement best practices for optimizing data retrieval and reporting performance.
• Maintain thorough documentation of ETL processes, data architectures, and reporting solutions.
