EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 3+ years’ experience in digital design.
- Designing with performance in mind, with an understanding of the critical metrics impacted by design decisions, and how to iterate accordingly.
- Experience in working alongside agencies and freelancers.
- An in-depth knowledge of Creative Suite.
- Motion and video editing skills.
- Experience or interest in web design.
- Experience presenting work to stakeholders, communicating design rationale with supporting logic.

Responsibilities:
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A MIDWEIGHT DESIGNER TO BRING THEIR CREATIVE FLAIR AND EXPERTISE TO OUR IN-HOUSE CREATIVE TEAM. YOU WILL PLAY AN ESSENTIAL ROLE IN DEVELOPING AND REFINING OUR BRAND, WORKING CLOSELY WITH OUR SENIOR DESIGNER AND ECOMMERCE TEAM AS A DIGITAL-FIRST DESIGNER, TO GROW THE DASH BRAND INTO A GLOBAL HOUSE-HOLD NAME.
- Designing, developing, and executing creative briefs to a high standard across the business – with your focus being on digital design.
- Working closely with the Ecommerce team, to design new and innovative paid Meta ads, from both the teams design briefs, and your own ideation.
- Striking a balance between performance-led creativity and maintaining brand consistency.
- Designing both static, and motion ads (video editing skills preferable)
- Supporting on wider business design needs including digital and print sales materials, organic social assets, and emails.
- Reporting to Senior Designer, project managing briefs all the way through the creative process to final execution.
- Support on brand photoshoots, ensuring the content captured is fit for purpose across multiple digital channels and assets.
