As we enter into an exciting stage of growth for the company, we are looking for a talented and passionate Junior Graphic Designer/Art Director to join our creative team.

JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a talented Mid-Weight Integrated Designer to join our creative team, working across digital and physical media to create a cohesive and compelling visual narrative. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing for both print and digital formats, with a strong understanding of brand aesthetics and the ability to translate our core values into beautiful and functional designs. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strategic approach to brand-building, and a passion for luxury lifestyle branding.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 3–5 Years of Experience in a design role, ideally within a premium or luxury brand, with a strong portfolio showcasing integrated work across digital and print media.
  • Expert Proficiency in Design Software: Skilled in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with motion graphics and video is a plus.
  • E-commerce and Digital Marketing Design: Understanding of e-commerce principles, UX/UI fundamentals, and digital marketing design best practices.
  • Conceptual Thinker: Ability to take complex ideas and transform them into compelling visuals that align with Carl Friedrik’s brand values.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Comfortable working cross-functionally with different teams and presenting concepts and ideas effectively.
  • Attention to Detail and Quality: Demonstrated commitment to excellence in design execution and quality control, down to the smallest detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Digital Design: Create engaging digital assets for our website, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising. This includes layout design, video, and adapting content to various digital formats and platforms.
  • Print & Packaging: Design packaging, retail signage, and marketing collateral, ensuring all print materials meet brand standards and create a cohesive look across physical touchpoints.
  • Campaign Creation: Collaborate on the execution of integrated campaigns that span digital, print, social, and experiential elements, ensuring a seamless brand experience across all channels.
  • Vendor Collaboration: Liaise with external suppliers and print partners to ensure final outputs meet our quality and brand standards.
  • Trend Research & Inspiration: Stay informed about industry trends, design innovation, and competitor activities, proactively applying this insight to enhance Carl Friedrik’s creative output.
  • Brand Development: Support the evolution of Carl Friedrik’s visual language across all media, ensuring consistency and alignment with the brand’s premium positioning.
