Description:

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Middle L2 Support Engineer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Mexico. You will assist with designing, developing, implementing, and supporting the client’s information services applications (applications). Under Application Senior Engineers’ guidance, the role holder will analyze requirements, implement application components, and support application enhancements and maintenance, which may require close collaboration with third-party suppliers. The Associate Application Engineer may also be involved in providing code assurance and testing for applications developed in-house. You will specialize in a particular area of application engineering. The Associate Application Engineer will adhere to the established lifecycle methodology and practices. It may include maintaining program libraries and technical documentation of individual components within applications.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience with L2/L3 support.
  • Experience working on Agile projects.
  • Lateral thinking.
  • Skills in customer service.
  • Advanced English.
  • 1 or 2 years of experience working with support tools Service Now nice to have (tickets, dashboards, etc.)

Responsibilities:

  • Cover a typical shift from 8 AM to 5 PM during standard weekdays.
