TripleTen is a service that empowers individuals, regardless of their prior experience, to embark on the exciting and challenging journey of mastering tech professions. Our bootcamps focus on training students in software engineering, data science, business intelligence analytics, and QA engineering in a feasible and accessible way, ultimately leading them to thrive in a new career.
Apart from our reskilling programs, we also explore new opportunities to help companies bridge talent gaps in machine learning, AI, data analysis, Python development, and management.
Earlier this year, we launched the first version of our upskilling product in Mexico and are currently testing it while reaching out to potential clients. Our next goal is to iterate on the product to better meet client needs and achieve product-market fit—and this is a real challenge.
We also plan to launch this product in markets beyond LatAm and have already started reaching out to clients in the US and Europe. We see great potential in the B2B education market and are focused on finding the most effective ways to meet our clients’ learning needs.
We aim to provide an efficient, engaging, and playful learning experience. All of our courses feature initial assessments that personalize the content and a dedicated guidance team that helps employees master their skills.
Our team:

The B2B product has a team that includes:

  • product managers;
  • people who create educational content (curriculum);
  • the ones who support our students—success managers, tutors, reviewers (guidance);
  • those who handle client outreach (sales);
  • engineers who adapt our learning UI for B2B needs and develop new features (dev team)

We are looking for a product designer to join the B2B team. You’ll be responsible for the design of our existing B2B upskilling product and new experiments there—like AI-powered hiring interviews.
You’ll primarily work with a product manager and a dev team, occasionally collaborating with sales and curriculum. Our B2B and B2C products share the same learning platform, so you’ll also be closely tied with other designers working on B2C.
We launched the beta of our B2B upskilling product in 2024 and are currently testing it while reaching out to potential clients. Since we don’t yet have a large student base, we’re looking for a designer who is comfortable working on 0 1 products—shaping ideas from scratch and developing a vision without relying on large amounts of data or extensive feedback.
As the one of the few product designers at TripleTen, you will have significant influence on the design culture and help develop our visual language, tools, and work processes. You should enjoy building things, dealing with inevitable mistakes, and cope effectively with complexity and frequent change. That’s why we highly value previous experience working in a startup-like culture.

Requirements:

  • At least a couple of years of product design experience. We look for good UX and UI skills, and the ability to see a project through all stages of the design process.Willingness to work on 0
  • 1 products. Our B2B product is still in its early stages, so gathering extensive feedback or large amounts of data may be difficult. This role requires the ability to move quickly, relying on the signals we have and developing a vision to lean on when things are uncertain.
  • A taste for high-quality, well-crafted visual and interaction design. You should care about details, be able to create a lovable yet practical UI.
  • System thinking that allows you to structure and process qualitative or quantitative data and draw insightful conclusions from it.
  • An ability to balance between craft, speed, and the bottom line. You don’t get stuck on pretty UI or deep abstractions, and consider business needs, implications, and practicality in designs.
  • Technical awareness. You understand how the web works, are comfortable discussing technical details with engineering teams, and proposing real-world solutions—not just create mocks in Figma.
  • Experience with B2B products is a huge plus!

  • Improving the user experience of our learning platform for corporate students.
  • Designing the interface for administrators to assign and control course access for their employees.
  • Improving a dashboard for HR managers that will provide insights into employee learning progress and outcomes.
  • Creating a user-friendly catalog that showcases all our courses, making it easy for students to navigate through a large selection and find the ones they need.
  • Developing tools that customize students’ personalized learning paths based on their existing knowledge, skills, and career goals.
  • Building a new product for AI-powered hiring interviews.
