Position overview: We are seeking a strong, detail-oriented Middle Product Owner with a solid background in Business Analysis and a deep understanding of Order Management Systems (OMS) specifically in Broadridge/Sentry. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance product functionality, improve user experience, and drive business success.

• Responsibilities: Act as the bridge between stakeholders and development teams to ensure successful product delivery
• Lead and define product vision, strategy, and roadmap with a focus on OMS (Broadridge/Sentry) functionality
• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for development
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and other Product Owners to ensure alignment on deliverables
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product enhancements
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
• Requirements: Proven experience as a Product Owner, with strong Business Analysis skills
• In-depth knowledge of OMS Broadridge/Sentry
• Strong communication skills with an ability to manage stakeholder expectations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Nice to have: Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Background in financial services or related industries
