Middle Technical Product Manager

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager or in a similar role
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, SCRUM frameworks, and JIRA
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and methodologies
• Background in conducting user research and usability testing
• Skills in data analysis and performance metrics to inform product decisions
• Competency in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive product vision
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

• Lead agile teams through the product lifecycle from conception to launch
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements to ensure products satisfy customer needs
• Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders to facilitate clear communication
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
• Conduct user research and usability studies, incorporating feedback into product enhancements
• Monitor product performance metrics and use data to drive decisions on product improvements
