We are looking for a Middleweight/Senior Graphic Designer. Are you looking for a job where you work on unique playful products? Are you looking for variety and a challenge? REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Comprehensive experience in pack structure
- Ability to create effective, distinctive, and commercial packaging solutions
- Proficient in logo creation and quick-fire style guide generation / concept development
- An excellent knowledge of print production techniques, and able to trouble shoot issues
- Effective multi-tasker, project managing large and complex projects
- Proactive, organized, focused and deadline driven
- A self-starter who can work independently and as part a team
- Not afraid to speak up but be flexible, personable and have a good sense of humour
- First rate communication skills, both written, oral and face-to-face
- Attention to detail, problem solving skills and initiative
- A positive, go-getter mentality, applying solution-oriented thinking
- Professional, customer and result oriented
- Hands-on, stress resistant and able to accept constructive criticism
- Hold a recognized qualification in graphic or packaging design
- Provide a relevant portfolio and demonstrable work experience (around 5-7 years)
- Experience in Toys/Games/A&C or FMCG is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Create packaging solutions for existing and new brands
- Collaborate with an international team of graphic experts and design agencies
- Translate concepts and briefs into eye catching graphics
- Create stand-out POS material and exhibition decoration
- Apply and maintain brand consistency across our Toy, Game and Arts & Craft ranges
- Create mockups and visuals for meetings / presentations
- Brainstorm and research pack solutions for new product concepts
- Art direct photo shoots for both product and lifestyle images
- Send technical specs to our Far East office
- Request, process and implement pack briefs, translations, and safety information.
