Mileage Clerk

SALARY

£27,450 per annum
We are looking to recruit a Mileage Clerk based in our Oldham Depot.
This is an exciting and new opportunity to be part of the franchise of our operation.

You will responsible for and be able:

• To record and audit daily mileage of bus services operated by the Company
• To compile, code & verify lost mileage on the Ticketer and EP Morris systems
• To gather data providing correct mileage recording, i.e. checking ETM & AVL data
• To ensure all operations staff adhere to Company rules and regulations associated with the recording of operated/lost mileage
• To provide feedback to support staff and drivers on mileage related issues
• To liaise with TfGM and garage staff to record correct data
• Any other reasonable duties as directed by the Performance Manager/Head of Operations that lies within the scope of the jobholder’s responsibilities

The following qualities/experience are essential:-

• Experience with the Microsoft suite, namely Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Experience of industry specific programmes such as EPM/Ticketer/AVL
• Understanding of bus operations
• Knowledge of Company operational policies and procedures
• Reasonable geographic knowledge of Greater
