• Ensure the safety of the team by applying a zero-harm approach to all tasks performed;
• Collaborate with Process Operations personnel to execute an effective maintenance strategy;
• Manage process plant maintenance activities and personnel with the objective of maximizing availability and reliability while minimizing costs;
• Provide leadership, mentorship and coaching to maintenance supervisors and crews;
• Oversee preventative maintenance systems, planning, parts inventory, critical spares, and maintenance reporting procedures;
• Continuously examine the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and facilitate changes as required;
• Support management of the budget as well as all operating expenditures and capital requirements;
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and safe work plans
