Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic-minded Senior Strategy Executive to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive media strategies that align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the media landscape, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in driving successful media campaigns across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement innovative media strategies that effectively reach target audiences, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.
  • Strategy Management: Oversee the execution of client strategy, ensuring alignment with brand goals and KPIs across multiple functions including paid media, data and analytics, partnerships, brand health.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, audience insights, and competitive positioning to inform media strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Creative, and Sales to ensure cohesive messaging and integration across all media channels.
  • Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with media vendors, negotiating contracts and rates to maximize ROI.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage media budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient allocation of resources.
  • Performance Reporting: Analyze and report on media campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize future strategies.

KEY SKILLS EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in media strategy or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced agency or corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of media planning, buying, and execution across various channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute data-driven media strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a strong understanding of media metrics and KPIs.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience with media and market research tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, BAV, Euromonitor or similar.
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising and emerging media technologies.
