Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, analyse, and generate customised reports for stakeholders.
  • Ensure data accuracy and relevance by collaborating with departmental managers.
  • Monitor report performance to identify trends and suggest improvements.
  • Set up and maintain internal and external systems while delivering staff training.
  • Liaise with external companies regarding data requests and collections.
  • Assist in completing data and funding returns for relevant agencies.

Main Tasks

  • Collaborate with curriculum leaders to enhance understanding of data processes.
  • Innovate management information systems concerning student records and attendance.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to queries related to data services.
  • Support the administration of the College’s student record database/system.
  • Create documentation and training guides for system users.
  • Provide training to ensure staff can confidently use the available tools.
