Description:

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented MIS Manager to lead a team of professionals in supporting the Sales team across the GCC. The role involves compiling, analyzing, and presenting strategic reports to support decision-making and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator, a data-driven strategist, and a results-oriented leader capable of enhancing reporting processes and fostering a culture of accountability and efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Masters in Finance or analysis field with CA qualification/ACCA/CMA etc.
  • Proven experience in data analytics, reporting, or a related role, with a focus on team leadership.
  • Proficiency in reporting tools and data visualization on Power BI
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for translating complex data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence decision-making at all organizational levels.
  • Experience with automation and workflow optimization is a plus.
