We currently have exciting opportunities for Mix Operator’s to join our operations team. Reporting into the Team Lead - Mix, you will be responsible for providing, supporting and effectively operating plant equipment across different departments at our manufacturing sites in Colac.

Hours (rotating roster):
Successful applicants will be required to work on a rotating roster Monday to Friday with occasional voluntary weekend work. Hours dependent on assigned departments, please see below
- Morning 4am-12pm
Afternoon 12pm-8pmOvernight 8pm-4am
- Morning 2am-10am
- Afternoon 10am-6pm
- Overnight 6pm - 2am
Pay:
- Rates from $29 per hour with increases after 1 & 3 months
- Additional penalty rates and allowances apply!
Responsibilities:
- Operate and control process machinery which may include several pieces of equipment that are manually, semi automatically, or automatically controlled
- Maintain the supply of product ensure continuity of operations, including liaison with Logistics and Production teams.
- Collect and identify samples
- Collect correct material in accordance with recipe specifications/instructions
- Maintain documentation pertinent to the work area
- Undertake training appropriate to the role and provide basic training to other individuals where required
- Promote Safety, Quality and Process within the business.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities as required.
- Ability to work effectively either individually or in a team environment under routine supervision
