Snr UX Researcher - Contract
We are looking for User Experience (UX) / Design Researcher to join our team to help run hands-on design research and to support running research within an Agile delivery program for our car companion app within the Connected Technology team at Toyota.
This role demands a balance between running research and developing a research process to many designers and POs across development teams.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

• Strong qualitative skills and usability testing
• Confident and comfortable running small to mid quantitative projects (e.g., A/B testing and surveys
• Comfortable adapting to ambiguous environment
• Based in London and will need to be on-site as required

Nice to have:

• Experience with UserTesting.com and UserZoom
• Experience with tracking research impact and ensuring findings have been implemented among several Agile teams
• Experience in the automotive industry
