EXPERIENCE YOU BRING

• High school frequency/diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing sites.
• Experience assembling and moving pallets.
• Experience reading schedules and instructions (e.g., products being produced, understanding production requirements, production planning, managing changeovers, etc.).
• Must be fluent in English and/or Portuguese.
• Ability to handle random volumes with a weight up to 25 kg

• Ensure mixing product quality.
• Clean equipment and area before, during, and after shift.
• Maintain clean work area through good housekeeping practices.
• Work well with others in a team-oriented atmosphere and embody our five daily habits (core values).
• Be accountable for the machine’s productivity.
• Follow health and safety rules.
• Evaluate data and evidence, detect any relevant deviations from existing standards, and communicate to management.
• Available to work different shifts and weekends.
• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
• Report issues and troubleshooting to an upper-level manager or shift leader.
