Description:

Overview: The Mixologist will be responsible for crafting creative and high-end cocktails, ensuring guests enjoy unique and high-quality beverages.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and prepare signature cocktails and bespoke drinks for guests.
  • Maintain the bar area and ensure all stock is available and organized.
  • Train bartenders on cocktail recipes and presentation standards.
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Bar Manager to create seasonal cocktail menus.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and new mixology techniques.
