Reporting to the restaurant supervisors, the bartender holds an essential position within our establishment. As a key member of the team, the bartender embodies hospitality and excellence in customer service.
Responsible for preparing and serving a diverse range of beverages, the bartender creates a welcoming and memorable atmosphere for our guests. In addition to mastering the art of mixology, this role also involves constant interaction with customers, where attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction are paramount. The bartender thus plays a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for gastronomic excellence and hospitality.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience as a bartender preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Sense of responsibility and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
- Flexibility in schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of mixing and beverage preparation techniques.
- Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to different situations.
- Languages: Bilingualism (French and English), both oral and written, is required for this position as we serve an international clientele.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to the establishment’s standard recipes.
- Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service.
- Take orders and ensure prompt and efficient service, adhering to the establishment’s standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the bar, including cleaning equipment and work surfaces.
- Follow food safety policies and procedures and handle alcoholic beverages.
- Manage beverage stocks and supplies, placing orders when necessary.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a consistent and memorable customer experience.
- Cater to specific customer needs, including requests for customized cocktails.
- Keep up-to-date knowledge of beverages, wines, and spirits offered by the establishment.
