Description:
KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
Match-Trade Technologies was founded in 2013 and has quickly grown from 3 to over 200 people today. As an industry-recognized fintech focused on HFT ( High-Frequency Trading), where every microsecond matters, Match-Trade is a leading European creator of algorithmic trading technology in the digital asset space. Our software plays a crucial role in providing proper liquidity and volumes.
Under one of our projects, our algorithms are active on over 35 exchanges and numerous marketplaces, including some of the best-known companies in the crypto space. Match-Trade beating heart is its teams filled with quantitative traders, software engineers, data scientists, who themselves are supported by a strong management team. We are currently looking for a person for a position
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in BD, KAM or sales position;
- Proficiency in English (C1 level or higher);
- Very good Polish language;
- Knowledge of blockchain/ digital assets space would be a strong advantage;
- High motivation, client-oriented approach, communication skills, trustworthiness, collaborative spirit, professionalism, full - scope coverage.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and developing relationships with partners such as CEXs, crypto projects and web3 companies;
- Onboarding new clients such as projects and exchanges;
- Negotiating cooperation conditions with CEXs;
- Participate in the sales activities;
- Collaborate with the team to identify growth opportunities;
- Operating as a lead point of contact for communication issues for existing partners;
- Delivery of timely and successful solutions regarding clients’ needs and KPIs.
