JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in ESG, Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, or any relevant field.
• With at least 4 years of independently and hands-on experience in-house project management and consulting ESG/GHG emissions/ Environmental/climate/supply chain transformation to reduce Scope 1 and 2 emissions work within industries such as Manufacturing, Power, Energy, Engineering field, Sustainability
• Knowledge in ESG regulatory, trends, standards and frameworks
• Highly analytical, focused, proactive, keen eye for details, has good interpersonal and communication skills

• Understand company’s operations regionally
• Independently develop ESG/Net Zero strategies/frameworks/KPIs
• Implement and improve proposed strategies/plans e.g. energy reduction or efficiency or renewable energy initiatives to help with investments decision-making process
• Identify ESG mitigations for energy-related risks
• Ensure compliance to ESG best practices, regulations and company policy
• Work closely with management, internal and external stakeholders
