At ThoughtExchange, we’re reshaping community and employee engagement for good. If you’re passionate about making a difference, we’d love to have you join our journey.
With the exciting news about ThoughtExchange’s Sparrow Connected acquisition, we’re looking to add a full-time Mobile Developer (Flutter) to our Sparrow Product team. This person will lead mobile releases, build innovative features, and enhance user engagement. You’ll play a key role in improving application performance, addressing technical debt, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape our mobile strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead mobile application releases, ensuring smooth deployment with minimal downtime.
  • Develop and implement new features to drive user engagement and align with business goals.
  • Work closely with QA to establish robust testing strategies and maintain automated test suites.
  • Improve code quality, performance, and maintainability by addressing technical debt.
  • Write clean, testable code that adheres to high-quality standards.
  • Take initiative in identifying opportunities for improvement and proactively drive solutions.
  • Thrive in a trust-based remote environment, demonstrating autonomy and accountability.
  • Actively contribute to your own growth and development, staying curious and up to date with industry best practices.
  • Engage with our ADEI commitment and training to support our anti-racism and diversity, equity, andinclusion (ADEI) initiatives.
