MOBILE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER - BIRMINGHAM AIRPORT - FLEXIBLE HOURS - £12.09 PER HOUR

We’re looking for a Mobile Enforcement Officer who will be the face of our business, bringing outstanding customer care within the Airport sector.

Your key duties will include, but are not limited;

  • Monitor and patrol the day-to-day operation of all designated car parks in a specialist camera vehicle. Also patrol Drop Off zones and other areas as required or specified.
  • Issue PCN’s correctly to all those vehicles in contravention of the advertised conditions of parking in any of those areas.
  • Manage traffic through enforcement.
  • Maintain a high visual presence to deter illegal parking and criminal activity
  • Upload all PCN data at the end of day.
  • Undertake foot patrols in designated areas to check the validity if staff or other issued permits, issuing PCN’s to those in contravention of instructions.
  • Assist the Service Delivery Manager when required in other area, as requested.
  • Be fully familiar with the systems and equipment.
  • Carry out any reasonable duty as requested by a more senior person.
  • To comply with company policy and procedures, health and safety law and other relevant legislation To maintain a standard of attitude and behaviour that will always represent the company in the best possible light.
  • To provide a high standard of professional customer service when approached by members of the public
  • Check the appearance and standards of the car parks and report all faults noted within the car park, on an agreed format.
  • Maintain an auditable schedule of patrol.
