We are looking for an experienced Mobile HVAC Engineer to maintain and repair HVAC systems in high street retailers and banks.
You should be capable of delivering to the highest level of service for the client. Answer queries, report any defects and keep the client informed of site activities. Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time. You will also be required to understand building control systems and BMS’.
You will have a full current driving licence, Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working. You should have ability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces. You must Willingly participate in the On-Call Rota. You should have good verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to use a mobile device. You must be highly self-motivated and have ability to work without supervision but also enjoy working as part of a team.
The ideal candidate would have experience within a maintenance / facilities management environment. You should have relevant qualifications such as COCN1 or CODNCO1 (CCN1), TPCP1 & TPCP1A, CPN1, Appliances CIGA1, CDGA1, CORT1, C&G Level 3 Heating & Ventilation or Mechanical Engineering, FGAS and ODS desirable and HWSS - Vented & Unvented Hot Water Storage Systems desirable.
