Job Description and Person Specificatio
Responsibilities:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual , who is customer focussed and digitally savvy with the skills to drive and manage a large vehicle. Our ideal person will be welcoming and friendly , have a love for reading and be passionate about sharing this. You will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the confidence to be able to work with a range of partners and volunteers.
You will operate a mobile library offering a high-quality library and information service and you will manage the planning and delivery of a diverse range of events and activities, monitoring performance and stock as you go. You will support and encourage customers to access information and resources, for example accessing free eBooks and newspaper apps or helping someone find reliable information, such as applying for a bus pass.
