REPLUG is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Mobile Paid User Acquisition Manager (m/f/d), eager to take the next steps in their mobile marketing career working in a fast-growing international agency.
You will have the opportunity to deepen your knowledge of mobile paid user acquisition, working alongside top industry specialists, launching, scaling, and optimizing mobile performance campaigns for our clients’ portfolio, from subscription apps to mobile games.

REQUIREMENTS

  • You have 2+ years of proven success in managing paid user acquisition channels for mobile applications
  • You have in-depth knowledge of the main Mobile Measurement Partners tools (Adjust, Appsflyer, Branch, Kochava, etc.) and know all about tracking and attribution
  • You know how to set up Apple’s SKAd network better than Tim Cook does
  • You are familiar with Excel, Google Data Studio, Tableau or other BI tools
  • You understand the importance of reporting, both to improve results and to show the client how good you are.
  • You have good presentation skills and can use Google Slides, Keynote and Power Point
  • You believe that small details can make a big difference
  • You like to question every accomplishment to figure out how to improve.
  • The word “complacency” is not part of your vocabulary
  • You are proactive and bring an entrepreneurial mindset to the team
  • You’re a firm believer in sharing knowledge and eager to contribute to the community through content creation and speaking engagements
  • You are fluent in English, but other languages are welcome.
  • Plus: Basic understanding of app store optimization strategies.
  • Plus: Use of tools such as Canva, Midjourney, CapCut is highly valued.

Responsibilities:

  • Setting up and managing performance advertising campaigns on major Paid Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.).
  • Setting up and managing campaigns on Google Ads and Apple Search Ads
  • Managing and analyzing campaigns on main Mobile DSPs
  • Taking care of MMP (Mobile Measurement Partners) setup to ensure proper monitoring by our Mobile Paid User Acquisition team
  • Creation and updating of performance reports based on targeted KPIs on tools such as Google Sheet, Google Data Studio, Tableau, etc.
  • Continuous analysis and optimization of user acquisition and retargeting campaigns to achieve our clients’ business goals.
  • Prepare creative briefs for our graphics team so that we always have new creative for campaigns.
  • Use UGC (user-generated content) tools to find the best creators to promote our clients’ apps.
  • Exploring artificial intelligence tools to improve our creative production process and our advertising activities in general
  • Consult with our clients on tracking & analytics topics such as SKAN, MMP, Attribution, etc.
