ESSENTIAL SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Device Repair Expertise: Proven experience in repairing iPhones, MacBooks, laptops, and other electronic devices, including hardware diagnostics and component replacements (12+ months preferred).
  • Testing & Diagnostics: Ability to thoroughly test devices for functionality and performance, including battery health, screen quality, and hardware issues.
  • Boot from External Environments: Proficiency in booting devices using external tools for secure data erasure, system testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Device Resetting: Knowledge of securely resetting devices to factory settings while ensuring data privacy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
