As a Mobile Product Manager, you will be a key player in propelling our cutting-edge products to new heights in the market. Your contributions will be instrumental in not only attracting and retaining users but also enhancing our product’s overall performance. You will connect our mobile products and experiences into an ecosystem of other third party point-of-sale software and hardware. You’ll be an integral bridge between product development, hardware suppliers, sales, design, and marketing, ensuring our products continuously evolve to meet our merchants’ needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Have a minimum of 3+ years of direct product management experience, preferably in the payments, fintech, or SaaS space.
  • Have experience integrating technology with hardware or product management experience on a mobile form factor including Android or iOS.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business, technology). Bonus points for an MBA.
  • Are able to drive cross-functional product alignment by influencing without authority.
  • Are empathetic and able to understand the experiences of our merchants.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools and familiarity with SQL or other data querying languages.
  • Knowledge of startup industry trends, funding cycles, and emerging technologies.
  • Have experience in a start-up/growth environment and are excited by the prospect of disproportionately impacting direction and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Build compelling experiences that combine our software and hardware platforms with the point-of-sale needs of our merchants.
  • Translate vision & strategy into a clear product roadmap to drive growth.
  • Create end-to-end experiences for both internal-facing teams as well as merchants within our platform.
  • Engage with third-party banking or technology partners to add additional capabilities to our platform from Apple and Google to Interac.
  • Analyze user behavior, conduct market research, and leverage data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and pain points.
  • Serve as a liaison between the development team and internal/external stakeholders.
