ROLE & TEAM

We are looking for a Product Owner to join our team dedicated to the tenant private area on cross-platform applications (web & app). In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development, UX/UI, and stakeholders, to ensure smooth delivery of product features and a seamless tenant experience. You will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle from discovery to roadmap execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

• 2+ years of experience as Product Owner or similar role in the IT industry.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in managing Agile teams.
• Good project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, resources, and risks effectively.
• Ability to create and maintain product roadmaps, prioritize tasks, and align the team with business objectives.
• Basic technical knowledge of web and mobile applications to facilitate collaboration with developers.
• Good understanding of UX/UI principles and their impact on user satisfaction.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and negotiate priorities.
• Strong team management skills, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment.
• Experience with product discovery techniques to identify user needs and market opportunities
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Italian is a plus.
