POSITION OVERVIEW:
Synergy Protection Group Inc. is seeking dedicated, experienced, and passionate Mobile Security Supervisor/Support Supervisor to join our growing team.
This hybrid role combines responsibilities as a Mobile Security Supervisor and a Support Supervisor. You will play an essential part in overseeing security operations, ensuring the safety and protection of our clients, and leading a team of security personnel across both day and night shifts.
Additionally, you will support workforce management by addressing scheduling inquiries, making outbound calls to fill last-minute or dropped shifts, and assisting the Support Team Manager in fostering strong employee and client relationships.

Job Status: Casual (Days/Nights)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid Security License and G Drivers License.
- At least 1 year of Security Supervisory experience.
- Arresting experience and knowledge of proper protocols.
- Valid Use of Force certification.
- Valid CPR and First-Aid certification.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with a strong command of the English language.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- 2 years of dispatch experience required.
- Prior Call center experience is an asset
- Proficient experience in administration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interacting both internally and externally
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate a team of security personnel to ensure the effective implementation of security procedures and protocols.
- Conduct regular mobile patrols to monitor premises, deter security breaches, and ensure safety across assigned sites.
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies, utilizing sound judgment and proper security techniques.
- Oversee and ensure that daily reports, logs, and incident reports are properly written and submitted in a timely manner.
- Position may be required to be stationed at a specific site from time to time should the need arise
- Manage queries from the workforce regarding work schedules and making outbound calls when needed to fill last minute or dropped shifts
- Assisting the Support Team Manager with the day-to-day employee/client relationships in a proactive manner
- Respond to employee inquiries, research client/employee issues, resolve service issues/errors and demonstrate proactive, solution-based approach to enhance client relations
- Collaborate with Scheduling Coordinator, HR and Training to ensure recruitment and placement processes to achieve an optimal level of client/staff compatibility
