Mobile Technician is a unique position within the Lucid Service family. This position requires an experienced self-employed specialist with in-depth knowledge of diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of Lucid Motor vehicles. Our ideal candidate has an “everything is possible” attitude and goes about his or her tasks with vigour and determination. This role requires someone who can work independently and be customer-oriented. Applicants are expected to excel in their respective fields, have the ability to learn quickly, and strive for perfection in a fast-paced environment. This position also requires the ability to self-manage all areas of the repair facility, including parts management and customer service.

The Role:

  • Independent technical work in the field
  • Technical qualification for work on high-voltage vehicles
  • Direct customer contact, good communication skills
  • Diagnosis, maintenance and repair of Lucid Motors products
  • Effective work with the appropriate software environment
  • Proper execution and documentation of work processes
  • Processing of quality assurance measures
  • Common customer service tasks, such as phone calls, scheduling appointments, etc.
  • Ability to work and act independently
  • Attention to detail and passion for an optimal customer experience
  • Order and cleanliness in appearance and in the workplace

Qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician
  • English B2 or advanced
  • Knowledge of common vehicle technology
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Good self-organisation
  • Ability to work independently
  • Teamplayer
  • Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
  • High willingness to learn
  • Valid driver’s license up to 3.5t

Advantageous:

  • Work experience > 3 years as an automotive technician
  • Experience in diagnosing and repairing electric vehicles
  • Experience working on vehicles in the premium segment
  • Certified Service or Master Technician
  • Master craftsman’s certificate in the automotive sector
