REQUIREMENTS

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Drivers License specializing in Commercial credentialed from the Kansas Department of Motor Vehicles obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. The Kansas issued CDL must be a Class B CDL.
• BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Heart Saver AED preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Maintain and drive mobile unit in service area. Check in patients at various offsite locations.

• Drive, set up and break down the mobile unit at each offsite location.
• Maintain checklists and maintenance logs of vehicle.
• Clean unit at the end of each shift.
• Register and check in patients at offsite locations.
• Follow all safety precautions.
