SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Education/Certification
- Level 3 in Automotive Technology (preferred)
- Level 2 with relevant experience, eager to train up to Level 3
- Mechanical Knowledge
JLR experience is a plus (training can be provided).
- Attitude & Customer Focus
Positive approach, strong communication skills, and a dedication to excellent service.
- Independence & Collaboration
Capable of working solo on the road while coordinating effectively with the wider team.
- Problem-Solving
Keen attention to detail in diagnosing and repairing diverse mechanical issues.

Willingness to stay updated on emerging technologies and techniques.
EXPERIENCE
- 2 years of mechanical knowledge (required)
- 2 years of automotive diagnostics (required)
Responsibilities:
- Mobile Maintenance & Repair
Perform on-site fleet servicing and repairs, including specialized DPF work and JLR-focused tasks.
- Inspections & Servicing
Conduct routine checks to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
- Diagnostics & Repairs
Identify and efficiently resolve mechanical issues using hand and power tools.
- Customer Service
Represent our brand professionally, managing customer interactions with care.
- Workshop Coordination
If roadside repairs aren’t possible, arrange for vehicles to be brought back to the workshop.
- Record-Keeping
Maintain accurate documentation of all service and repair work.
- Team Collaboration
Adhere to safety standards and work with colleagues to uphold high levels of service.
- Mentorship
Provide guidance to junior technicians as needed.
