The Position

- University or College degree with excellent written and spoken command of English.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in Global Mobility processes, including 1 year in a client consulting role.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Apps, and assignment management systems (SAP, Workday, Topia, AssignmentPro).
- Strong client focus, interpersonal skills, and business acumen, with the ability to manage senior stakeholders and work with diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Dedicated, pragmatic, and result-oriented approach with strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail in fast-paced, changing environments.
Responsibilities:
- Manage dedicated assignee population and assignment operations throughout the assignment lifecycle.
- Handle administrative aspects of international assignments and ensure data accuracy in HR & Global Mobility systems.
- Ensure the correct execution of International Assignment policies worldwide.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and initiate vendor services.
- Consult and provide guidance on policies and processes, acting as an escalation point and expert on Global Mobility topics.
- Calculate cost projections and assignee compensation packages.
- Generate payroll instructions for assignment payments and allowances, ensuring accurate and timely payments with local HR and Payroll teams
