Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience in mobilization management or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an international company is preferred.
  • Experience working with immigration agencies.
  • Must have experience in issuing all types of visas and handling Iqama transfers in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law.
  • Proven ability to manage a minimum of 300 hires per year.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills; bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Preference for Arab nationals, with Saudi candidates being the ideal profile for increased chances of success.

Responsibilities:

  • Mobilization Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive mobilization plans for projects, ensuring efficient mobilization of all resources (human, equipment, and materials).
  • Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely mobilization and alignment with project objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and immigration agencies, to facilitate smooth mobilization processes.
  • Immigration Management: Oversee the visa process for new joiners, including the issuance of all types of visas and handling Iqama transfers, ensuring compliance with local immigration laws and regulations.
  • Induction for New Joiners: Manage the induction process for new employees, ensuring they receive the necessary information and support to integrate smoothly into the company.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to local regulations, safety standards, and company policies during the mobilization phase.
  • Budget Management: Monitor mobilization budgets, control costs, and ensure financial accountability throughout the mobilization process.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on mobilization progress, identifying and mitigating risks and challenges as they arise.
