Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities by providing insights into possible leads resulting from working with third-party vendors, trade shows, local conferences, and other industry events.
  • Identify market trends and customer needs by providing insights including but not limited to evolving clinical needs, market demographics, competitive activity, and economic factors.
  • Support the development and execution of comprehensive sales plans aligning with organisational objectives and market trends.
  • Collaborate with inventory controller on market fluctuations, forecast and demand planning requirements.
  • Alignment with Quality & Regulatory Teams on product changes, market risk assessments, impact statements and communication.
  • Understand and follow the Philips HPM, AMD & EC sales process.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with all stakeholders with influence in the customer decision journey as well as deeply understand customers’ key value drivers.
  • Review & develop in the go to market strategy in conjunction with the Business leader.
  • Design & execute the NPI process as required
  • Develop value propositions as clinical expert based on customer value drivers identified.
  • Participate and deliver customer presentations including to c-suite.
  • Ensure that clinical use/clinical applications remain at the core of solution offerings.
  • Partner with HPM & EC team to develop opportunity strategy.
  • Act as a change manager, consultant, and educator.
  • Deeply understand customer-specific clinical processes and requirements
  • Support delivery of services as defined in the scope of the project.
  • Support clinical decision solution implementation & configuration.
  • Create, deliver, and manage clinical education plans for products.
  • Assess and track customer clinical outcomes and satisfaction and report customer issues to appropriate channel as quickly as possible.
