REQUIREMENTS:

• Conversational in English (able to engage in spontaneous conversations in English)
• Extrovert
• Confident
• Laptop and mic with quiet background
• 8 hours per day, 6 days per week, preferably someone that can be flexible with shifts

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Operations Support team plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our live shows. This position involves monitoring assigned shows, providing technical support to Hosts, and maintaining quality control.

Show Monitoring

• Monitor all assigned shows, focusing primarily on shift transitions to ensure seamless operations.

Engage Hosts

• Engage and converse with Hosts in lobbies to keep the conversation active and engaging.

Host Coordination

• Coordinate with Hosts during their shows to address any questions or concerns through the Discord server.
• Assist new Hosts as they navigate their first stream, providing guidance and support.

Troubleshoot

• Troubleshoot any stream problems that Hosts may encounter during their shows by following the troubleshooting guide.
• Flag immediate stream concerns with the Operations Team members for quick resolution.

Host Assessment

• Review and assess the performance of each Host using the Host Assessment sheet.
• Provide detailed reports for quality control purposes, effectively serving as an extension of the operations team.
