Description:
Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) at Microsoft are unique because they are both customers we sell to and partners we co-sell with. To support the ‘sell to’ motion, these enterprise customers require streamlined sales, account, and technical enablement processes and resources. For the ‘sell with’ motion, these customers need support in accessing Microsoft’s broad base of industry customers, strong partnership and alignment with our Global Partner Solutions (GPS) team, and leveraging all our partner products and services. As tech-centric organizations, ISVs expect technical depth across common scenarios and access to Product Groups (PG) via a “level 300”, single named source.
We are looking for exceptional talent to be part of an exciting new EMEA initiative to lead the development and growth of the EMEA ISV business.
As a Modern Work Specialist, you will build digital transformation modern work strategies with customers, collaborating across different groups inside the customer environment to successfully enable customers to drive transition to digital transformation in a hybrid work environment. You will lead consultative customer conversations and collaborate on the planning, orchestration, and execution of end-to-end Frontline worker, Employee Experience, Teams Rooms and Phone, Next Generation Windows Experiences, as well as Copilot opportunities with internal stakeholders and partners to cross-sell and up-sell. REQUIRED/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (RQS/MQS)
Extensive experience in selling to or consulting with enterprise customers or driving digital transformation from within an enterprise company. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND extensive technology-related sales or account management experience

Responsibilities:
As a Modern Work Sales Specialist, you will:
- Lead sales and be the expert for Microsoft 365 and Copilot in assigned accounts.
- Identify customer challenges and demonstrate the business value of modern work solutions.
- Drive new revenue growth and achieve sales targets within assigned accounts.
- Foster relationships with Customer Business Decision Makers and remove blockers to deployment and usage.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and partners to plan and execute Modern Work opportunities.
