Responsibilities:
As the Modern Workplace Analyst reporting to the Enterprise Cloud & Corporate Services team based onsite in Homebush West, you will be crucial in planning, coordinating, and delivering innovative work methods and business improvements across the organisation. You will support the Modern Workplace team in driving and delivering digital transformation through Microsoft 365 solutions for Harvey Norman globally. A key aspect of your role will be developing solutions using Microsoft tools and services, including Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
Responsibilities include;
- Actively participating in and contributing to the daily maintenance and support of the Microsoft 365 environment.
- Developing and maintaining apps, reports and workflows based on the Power Platform technology stack including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Power BI.
- Developing and implementing applications (including SharePoint Online, Intranet, Templates, Online Forms, and Workflows) according to branding guidelines and best practices for security, information management, and compliance.
- Establishing and demonstrating best practices for development standards.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the Microsoft 365 services and other Power Platform applications.
- Developing training materials for stakeholders including end users and support resources.
