As our Modern Workplace Specialist, you’ll play a part in driving positive change for the communities we serve.

  • 3-year, Maximum Term Contract, Full-Time opportunity
  • True hybrid working – work from home and our Mitcham office$161,796 Total Remuneration Package (including 11.5% superannuation)

  • Reporting into the Head of Corporate Applications and Integration, you’ll be part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team that supports the organisation-wide applications. This role is pivotal in managing and maintaining scalable Office 365 solutions, overseeing system upgrades, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring robust backup and recovery procedures. You will stay updated with the latest Power Platform developments, coach team members, and collaborate with third-party providers to implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities:

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the development and deployment of solutions within the Power Platform using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Collaborate with business users and cross-functional technical teams to design, build, and test reliable, high-performance applications
  • Investigate and resolve incidents and problems, within agreed service level agreements, ensuring key stakeholders are kept informed on progress
  • Contribute to the Power Platform governance framework, supporting SharePoint strategy, and ensuring adherence to Microsoft best practices
  • Perform modifications, troubleshooting, fixes and enhancements following the IT Change Management process
