We are seeking an experienced and motivated Mod & NI Sales to join our Sales team in the UK. This role offers a hybrid work environment, providing flexibility with office presence at our London Bridge location.
As a Mod & NI Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving modernisation and new installation revenue growth by acquiring new clients and supporting our existing relationships. You will collaborate closely with the Sales and Project Management team, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Define and implement plan to deliver on your sales targets
- Grow, analyse and forecast the commercial pipeline
- Utilise Salesforce CRM to follow up on leads
- Maintain protocols consistent with data protection laws
- Coordinate with Ops and Tech team to ensure the service is delivered as promised
- Be conversant with independent lift packages available in the market
- Develop outbound sales leads targeting the commercial and residential sector through property managers, asset owners and consultants
- Join tenders, draft and submit responses
- Survey potential opportunities, attend site and measure existing lift shafts
- Complete shaft survey of lift dimensions and motor/pump rooms
- Liaise with suppliers for costs to populate tenders
- Support the ops team with large repair sales opportunities and providing quotations
- Leverage existing customer base both in London and nationally to drive growth
- Follow, understand and implement latest regulations
