To expand our team at the Linz site, we are looking for you as Module Manager for Electric Drives and Motors (f/m/d/x)
What are my responsibilities?
- Module leader (project manager) for development projects in the field of electric motors an drives
- Compliance with time, cost and quality targets as part of the development process
- Detailed coordination of the project scope and project implementation with the customer Coordination of technical feasibility for project implementation
- Internal coordination of all project phases with the specialist departments of development, production, quality assurance, purchasing and industrial engineering for successful project execution Creation and maintenance of project plans, documentation and tracking of project phases
- Ensuring orderly and transparent risk management and adequate documentation
- Technical management of the interdisciplinary project teams
- Managing suppliers in an international environment
- Compliance with company policies and standards
- Independent work on assigned tasks
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Completed technical studies in the field of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, alternatively a comparable qualification, e.g. technician/master electrical engineering, mechanical engineering with relevant professional experience
- Several years of experience in handling technically based projects, ideally in the field of electric motors and drives or mechanical engineering IPMA training is an advantage
- MS Office
- MS Project
- Very good knowledge of English (at least B2 level)
- Enthusiasm for project management with all its challenges
- Strong analytical thinking
- Solution oriented way of working
- High willingness to learn
- Willingness to travel domestically and abroad required as part of normal business trips High awareness of quality
