REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in plastic injection mold manufacturing and repair.
• High level of competence and safety in operating Tool Room equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
• Experience in supervising and mentoring team members.
• Commitment to internal quality and EHS standards.
• Ability to successfully implement cost reduction strategies.

• Perform complex repairs, modifications, and preventative maintenance on plastic injection molds to ensure they operate optimally.
• Analyze material specifications in collaboration with design and engineering teams to determine the best solutions.
• Operate all Tool Room equipment with exceptional competence and safety, including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, conventional machining, EDM, grinding, manual and ultrasonic polishing, and welding for repairs.
• Diagnose and solve issues related to mold cycles, tool functions, and various accessories.
• Supervise and guide team members in specific mold shop tasks, ensuring compliance with internal quality and EHS requirements.
• Conduct reverse engineering of plastic parts and injection molds to improve and innovate our processes.
• Propose and implement cost reduction projects in machining expenses, striving for continuous improvement.
