Mold maker and formwork concrete fabricator

at  Parsiena Design Inc

Looking for in shop Carpenter and mold maker/ manager for our Vaughan Location. Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Experience in a wood shop is a must.
• Able to read and interpret shop drawings to determine specifications and calculate job requirements.
• knowledge of rubber molds and casting materials
• Maintain general cleanliness and tidiness of work area, yard and equipment
• Perform general duties as assigned by the supervisor
• Perform measurements as directed by the supervisor
• understanding of straight and true formwork setup
• Move concrete panels within the shop and help loading and offloading with a forklift.
• Assisting in the operation of equipment and ensure all duties are performed in a safe manner
• Willing to work extra hours if required to complete tasks
• Other duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization
• The qualifications for this position are:
• Must have a valid drivers license.
• Must have a valid forklift license.
• knowledge of basic power tools.
• Previous Experience in an industrial factory / construction environment
• Good communication skills
• Excellent attention to details.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Team player and able to work with minimal supervision
• Safety conscious
• Must have own Safety Shoes

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 39 per week
