Team Introduction
Partnerships are a critical means of scaling interactions between TikTok users and advertisers across the region. You will focus on both existing partners and new business development centered around solutions designed to allow businesses to thrive on TikTok. In this role, you will work directly with partners in verticals ranging from campaign management, commerce, data and measurement. You will work closely with various internal stakeholders including product, strategy, legal, partner activation & enablement, and marketing to develop new ways for consumers to interact with products, services and experiences they love.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to either of the following Internships

  • From January to June - able to attend at least 3 full working days per week
  • From May to August (Summer)

Responsibilities

  • Assist senior partner managers to source, qualify and onboard new partnerships that fit into overall ads monetisation strategy.
  • Assist senior partner managers on Go To Market efforts for partners in collaboration with XFN teams to launch and grow partnerships.
  • Work closely with legal and procurement teams to support compliance review and deal closing.
  • Conduct research on various business cases as assigned by senior partner managers.
  • Facilidate internal and external meetings and events.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Undergraduate, or Postgraduate who is currently pursuing a degree/master in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Media or a related discipline.
  • Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint; experienced in extracting data insights and using data to influence internal and external stakeholders, to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders; excellent relationship building, collaboration, negotiation and influence skills.
  • You will be assisting across the APAC region. Proficiency in Vietnamese will be particularly beneficial for projects involving Vietnamese partners.
  • Proficiency in using data visualization tools is a plus.
