You will be welcomed into our dedicated and skilled Money Advice team, making a real difference to our residents by helping them to maximise their incomes and provide them with advice, support and assistance to enhance their financial circumstances and wellbeing.
The team is committed to the organisation’s aims and objectives and as such, work in a fast moving and exciting environment.
Within this role you will provide an effective and high-quality administrative service to support the Money Advice Teams across the group in respect of the day-to-day administrative tasks within the team.
You’ll strive to improve the quality of life for residents and provide advice, guidance and assistance on how to make the most of their income, any benefits they are entitled to and improve financial wellbeing to reduce the risk of rent arrears to help them sustain their tenancies.
