JOB DESCRIPTION

Working under the direction of the Senior Advisor – Environmental, you will implement the Environmental Monitoring Program to support the understanding of environmental impacts of the mine and deliver resource consent compliance.

  • Undertake routine inspections of covenant areas for stock entry and pest plant invasion.
  • Supporting Consultants, Contractors and environmental visitors coming to site.
  • Ensure accurate and timely monitoring results are achieved, enabling the wider team to complete compulsory reporting on time and with a high standard of compliance able to be reported.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of a tertiary qualification in Environmental or Earth Sciences, Ecology, Geography, Resource Management, or similar, is preferred
  • Full and Current Driver License
