Description:
Northpoint Mortgage, selected as one of the Boston Globe’s 2023 Top Places to Work, is a growing New England-based mortgage lender seeking to add an entry-level, full-time employee to our Bedford, NH office. Responsibilities:
- Reception: Answer phones and greet clients with the highest level of customer service
- Communicate directly with operations staff and loan officers
- Assist in special projects as needed by management
- Assist loan originators with file set-up
- Sort and organize mortgage loan documents
- Review loan package documentation for discrepancies or omissions
- Provide administrative support through the loan application process
Skills & Experience needed:
- Desire and ability to work in the office as this is an in-office position
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook
- Ability to effectively prioritize and see tasks to completion
- Excellent communication skills with a customer service attitude
- Strong attention to detail with a solution-oriented demeanor
- Ability to interact and communicate with clients, business partners, all levels of our organization
