Description:

Northpoint Mortgage, selected as one of the Boston Globe’s 2023 Top Places to Work, is a growing New England-based mortgage lender seeking to add an entry-level, full-time employee to our Bedford, NH office. Responsibilities:

  • Reception: Answer phones and greet clients with the highest level of customer service
  • Communicate directly with operations staff and loan officers
  • Assist in special projects as needed by management
  • Assist loan originators with file set-up
  • Sort and organize mortgage loan documents
  • Review loan package documentation for discrepancies or omissions
  • Provide administrative support through the loan application process

Skills & Experience needed:

  • Desire and ability to work in the office as this is an in-office position
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and see tasks to completion
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer service attitude
  • Strong attention to detail with a solution-oriented demeanor
  • Ability to interact and communicate with clients, business partners, all levels of our organization
