JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a motivated and detailed oriented Mortgage Record Associate to join our Document Retention team. This position will be full-time on site. As a Mortgage Record Associate you will be responsible for maintaining all hard copy case files, documents and related records.

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organized mortgage records and process according to regulatory company policy and procedures.
  • Receives explicit instruction on filing, recording, and organizing documentations.
  • Utilize 10-key skills for accurate data entry and record management.
  • Lift and transport boxes weighing up to 35lbs as needed.
  • Assist in scanning, filing and retrieving documents.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain confidentiality.
  • Collaborating with other stakeholders in identifying and or correcting mortgage records.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two or more years of experience in business and general office environment

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Basic understanding of the business and general office skills
  • Proficient in 10- Key data Entry
  • Ability to stand for extended period and lift up to 35lbs.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Basic personal computer skills and knowledge of other office equipment
  • String attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
