An exceptional opportunity has emerged through natural growth for an experienced Area Mortgage Manager to join us.
As the Mortgage Manager, you’ll lead 8 branches across Middlesborough up to Durham, guiding the existing team of Mortgage Advisors to excellence while expanding the team further.
You’ll recruit, manage, and mentor a team of Mortgage & Protection Consultants across multiple successful Bridgfords Branches.
You’ll be financially rewarded based on your team’s success in surpassing sales targets, aligned with the standard Mortgage Manager’s compensation plan. Applicants must hold full mortgage qualifications and have Financial Services Experience.
